Products & Services
- Lekhraj.cc specializes in promotional pens, plastic pens, metal pens, executive pens and customized logo pens.
- Product images are for reference only and actual products may vary slightly.
Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed directly through the website.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
- Production begins after payment confirmation and receipt of required artwork/content.
- After checkout, payment instructions and bank details will be shared with the customer.
Payment Terms
- All customized orders require 100% advance payment.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.
- Production will not start until payment has been received.
GST & Tax Invoice
- All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
- If a GST Invoice is required, customers must provide their GST Number before dispatch.
- GST details submitted after dispatch may not be accepted for invoice revision.
- Customers are advised to make payment from the bank account linked to the same GST Number wherever possible.
- The GST Number provided must be valid and active.
Artwork & Printing Content
- Customers must provide logo, artwork, text and content for printing.
- Basic artwork adjustment and logo placement support is provided free of cost.
- Production starts only after final artwork approval.
- Fonts smaller than 9pt are printed at customer’s risk.
Production Time
- Production timelines generally range between 21 and 60 days.
- Customized products require manufacturing and processing time.
- Production schedules may vary depending on order quantity and workload.
- Customers are requested to maintain patience during the production process.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping within India is included unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- We are not responsible for courier, transport or logistics delays beyond our control.
- Customers should inspect shipments within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation, Refund & Modification
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Approved customized products are not eligible for refund.
- Order modifications may not be possible after production begins.
Product Variations
- Minor variations in color, print position, finish or dimensions are acceptable manufacturing variations.
- Website images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing
- All prices include GST and standard shipping charges within India unless specified otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Pricing or technical errors may be corrected before order confirmation.
Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they own or are authorized to use submitted logos and artwork.
- Lekhraj.cc is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided content.
Limitation of Liability

Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
